PRODUCT RETURNS Inspect your entire order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged shipment, immediately contact the delivering carrier and ask how to file a claim. It is the responsibility of the carrier (Postal Service or UPS) to deliver your order in good condition. If you need to return the product, package it well. Please return the product in the same condition as it was received within 30 days of shipping with a carrier that provides tracking services. Enclose a note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange, refund or credit. Be sure to enclose a copy of your order. Upon receiving verification of the return, MOTUS will promptly issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise to you. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. For your convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
